The HSN member Prof Akpan Otoabasi Akpan, has emerged as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, (Academics), at Akwa Ibom State University. Breaking the news to members of the Historical Society of Nigeria, the President Prof. Samuel O. Aghalino (fhsn), felicitated with Prof. Otoabasi Akpan on his appointment as DVC, (Academics), and urged him to use his new office to advance the interest and promote the Historical Society of Nigeria. The President prayed that the good Lord bless and protect the new DVC.
